Chilled Strawberry Soup with Strawberry Sorbet
Wow your sweetheart with this five-star strawberry seduction.

Yield: 1 serving
Strawberry Soup
- 200 g. fresh strawberry
- 50 g. refined sugar
- ½ pc. lemon (juice only)
Boil the fresh strawberries and sugar. Add the lemon juice. Let cool.
Assembly
- Pour the strawberry soup on a round plate.
- Scoop 50 grams of strawberry sherbet. On top of the sherbet,
place the sugar cup.
- Put in assorted fruit (mago slices, fresh blueberries, kiwi,
fresh strawberries, pineapple slices) on top and garnish with fresh
mint leaves.
